This is a time for contemplation, for drawing inward, and for hibernation. It is a time deep self-care, and cultivation of energy so that when the sun shines again we will feel ready, recharged, and renewed.
Our practice will include a short discussion on the ancient traditions of the Solstice, and an intention setting exercise. The practice of meditation, pranayama, and asana will assist to fortify these intentions, strengthening our hopes and dreams for the coming year!
